According to the terms of reference for conducting a social survey (available on socialbites.ca), the contractor will be required to conduct monthly telephone surveys of drivers, passengers and pedestrians on how much they like the traffic organization in the country.
“The interviewer acts in a way that registers the respondents’ actual position, not their directed position; This means: completely exclude all prompts during the conversation; adequately evaluate the answers, describe them with options for answering survey questions; “Strictly comply with the questions in the survey”, is included in the terms of reference notes.
Monthly surveys should be conducted among 1.6 thousand participants and a full recording of the conversation should be obtained. The mandate says that a final report on the results of the field survey should be prepared at the end of the year, including a breakdown by region.
