Employees of the special “Security Agency” Scorpio “, the Investigative Committee of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on June 1 awakened A criminal case involving an attack on a motorcyclist and his passenger received a positive reference at work. This was reported to socialbites.ca in the private security company itself.
“If we comment on our employees, we can only comment on the positive side. I have already given them written references (to law enforcement – socialbites.ca). I can’t say they are cruel. [поступили]”, – said the representative of the private security company “Scorpion”.
The interlocutor of the publication added that the decision to dismiss the guards has not been taken and that they are currently on the staff.
On May 31, at one of the intersections in Krasnoyarsk, two employees of the private security company Scorpion Security Agency caught a motorcyclist and his dismounted passenger. According to Krasnoyarsk publications, the Chopovists chased the motorcyclist through a prohibitive traffic light, allegedly violating the rules of the road.
As can be seen from the video of the incident, the first guard hit the head area with the biker, while the second guard knocked another man down with a powerful high kick to the head. Dealing with the motorcyclist, Chopovets attacked a third person – he beat him for a long time and hit him in the head. During the road clearing, one of the guards also took out a service gun and showed it to the others.
It was reported that the guards injured the jaw of one of the injured citizens, the teeth of the other were broken, and various bodily injuries were recorded.
Regarding the attack, the Investigation Committee awakened Criminal case under Part 1 of Art. 203 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Excess of authority by an employee of a private security organization”), security guards face up to two years in prison or a fine.
