“We are planning to start service with the presentation of driver’s license and OSAGO policies in the form of QR codes in the State Services Auto mobile application. The joint design of the service and analysis of regulatory legal actions are currently underway,” he said.
It is stated that the “Gosuslugi Avto” application was launched by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in September 2021. The main function of the application is the ability to download a vehicle registration certificate (STS) and, if necessary, present it to the traffic police in the form of a QR code.
