A resident of Primorye locked a two-year-old in a car in hot weather for the night and was fined, informs Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Primorsky Territory.
The incident occurred in Ussuriysk. A child sleeping in a Honda Fit was reported to the police by a local resident. Traffic police and a child inspector came to the scene. When they arrived, citizens were watching the boy through the window of a closed car door.
“There was a 2-year-old driver’s daughter sleeping in the cabin of a foreign car. According to eyewitnesses, the boy’s mother has been absent for more than 1.5 hours. The Ministry of Interior said that the air temperature on the street at the time of the incident was +21°C.
The 34-year-old owner of the vehicle told police that he didn’t want to disturb his daughter’s sleep, so he went shopping alone. Child affairs inspectors brought the woman to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of duties for the care and upbringing of the child, the materials were sent to the administrative commission for a decision.
Also, traffic inspectors fined a woman 1.5 thousand rubles for stopping the car in the wrong place.
Previously in the traffic police saidin this case the driver may be arrested for incorrect coloring.
