The young man was taken to the traffic police department, where the police officers drew up 250 administrative protocols against him in order to escape the execution of an administrative penalty (in accordance with article 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The total debt amounted to about 1.5 million rubles.
Enforcement officers arrested the Volkswagen Touareg without a front bumper and sent it to a private parking lot. If the owner does not pay the debt, the crossover is sold at auction due to debt.
