What if you want a Camry, for example, but it’s too expensive and loved by car thieves? Driving expert Sergei Zinoviev advises taking a closer look at the Avensis model, which ranks just below the Camry in the brand hierarchy.
This is a spacious car from 2008-2018 with a large trunk, and at an affordable price. The top bar reaches an acceptable one and a half million rubles.
As advantages of the model, the expert mentions reliability, corrosion resistance, large interior and trunk, a high level of security and little interest in hijackers.
The last point may make the model unique, as other Toyota cars are consistently included in the ratings of the most stolen.
There were also some shortcomings, but they are not many: a small clearance (140 mm) and rather simple finishing materials.
