Omoda could bring electric and all-wheel drive crossovers to Russia 15:56

The Chinese brand Omoda, owned by Chery, may bring all-wheel drive and electric versions of the crossover to the Russian market in 2023. to report “Chinese cars”.

Publication sources claim that it is planned to bring to Russia two modifications of the Omoda C5 crossover – all-wheel drive and electric. The all-wheel drive crossover C5 is almost ready for delivery to foreign markets. It is equipped with a 1.6 engine in two power options – 150 or 186 horsepower. Instead of the CVT, this version uses a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The electric model is being tested, but its specifications have not yet been revealed.

Previously at Chery’s Russian representation reported socialbites.ca has stated that an Omoda C5-based electric car will appear on the Russian market by the end of 2023, but did not specify what name this version would bear.
