“Take measures to increase the availability of cars for citizens of the Russian Federation by setting a target indicator that characterizes such an increase in accessibility in 2023 compared to 2022 and is calculated on a quarterly basis,” the document says.
In addition, the document considers maintaining constant control over car prices to avoid unreasonable increases.
It was noted that after 15 April, members of the Government would make such reports every three months.
