Crassed Krasnoyarsk woman sues former traffic police chief for three years 17:59

A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory sued the former head of the traffic police of the Kirov region for three years to prove his innocence in the accident, informs Krasmash.

In 2019, a woman stopped her car at an intersection and was preparing to turn left. At that moment, a Toyota Land Cruiser SUV crashed into his car, which entered the oncoming lane. The traffic police arrived at the scene six hours after the accident.

The report states that the driver of the SUV is businessman Bakhtiyar Gusenov, and his representative is Vladimir Telpukov, the former head of the Internal Affairs Directorate, who processed the documents. According to the former police officer, the woman herself got into the oncoming lane.

“When the woman signed the plan because of her inexperience (the first accident in seven years), she overlooked the lack of signs. This later backfired in court. Three inspectors were replaced, exams and deadlines were postponed, and even the concussion certificate was not considered, ”writes Kras Mash.

Three years after the accident, the driver won in court – the driver of the Toyota Land Cruiser was found guilty of the accident.
