Customer satisfaction with any car brand depends on how the purchase of a new car went, as well as how the subsequent service was. Research holding company Romir calculated satisfaction for these two components only. The results were obtained in the spring of 2022 when checking 320 dealers in Russia.
The figures of the brands that previously held high positions fell significantly: Mitsubishi, Renault, Infiniti. Subaru, Toyota, Skoda, Lexus and Mercedes-Benz are not doing well. Recall that just in the spring, when the investigation was conducted, many brands suspend deliveries in Russia or even announced their departure.
But Haval’s slight pullback seems unexpected as, in general, Chinese brands, on the other hand, have strengthened their position in the Russian Federation in recent months. Probably, according to the results of the entire current year, Haval will add more. In addition, Chery and Geely show convincing growth in the given rating.
The growing satisfaction of Russians with the Geely brand is a record – now this Chinese brand is in second place, only behind Hyundai. However, Kia stepped forward just as resolutely and entered the Top 5 according to the results of the study.
