The Datsun mi-DO editors surprise again. At the most inopportune moment on the highway in the downpour, the wiper blades stopped.
The electrics turned out to be usable, the reason lay in the mechanics. Over time, lubrication is produced in the movable joints of the trapezoid, the rods begin to wedge, the load on the electric motor increases, and it burns out.
After removing the trapezoid, I tried to fix it. I cleaned the bushings with trapezoidal bars with sandpaper, applied new grease to the joints. The electric motor started working slowly, but stopped completely after 10 seconds.
I decided to change the trapezoidal construction with the motor. I found the node with no problems – it comes from Grants. But the price upset – 6,000 rubles, although a year ago it was less than 4,000 rubles. And I would give another 3,000 rubles for a replacement in the service.
