Many questions arose during the period of partial mobilization. Here are the official answers to the most popular, which pertain specifically to motorists.
Many readers are interested: if the military identity card contains the military specialty “driver” and the citizen does not have a driver’s license, can he be called up in the context of partial mobilization?
The state website “Explain.RF” gives a clear explanation about this:
Such a citizen can be called up for mobilization, but cannot serve as a driver.
The Military Registration Specialty (VUS) is listed on the Military ID (p. 11) or a certificate issued in exchange for the Military ID.
The VUS is usually a six-digit number and often a letter (e.g. 113259A). The first three digits are the military registration specialty number, the next three are the military position code, and the letter indicates the military service special characters.

The decree on partial mobilization in Russia was signed by the President of Russia on September 21. It was announced that 300,000 reservists would be called up during the partial mobilization. Mobilized before being sent to a special military operation zone, they must undergo retraining and combat coordination.
