The Russian premiere of a crossover from a new Chinese brand took place – a model called Omoda C5 is positioned as a fastback crossover. An online presentation to the Russian public was held by TV presenter Evgeny Pokrovsky and Olympic figure skating champion Anna Shcherbakova. During the presentation, the prices and configurations of the Omoda C5 were revealed.
In Russia, the crossover will have one power unit – a 1.5T turbo engine with a power of 147 hp, coupled with a CVT25 variator. The car has front-wheel drive only. Passport acceleration to hundreds – 9.9 seconds, maximum speed – 195 km / h, fuel consumption (AI-92 is allowed) – 7.1 l / 100 km in the combined cycle. Buyers will be offered 13 body colors and three trim levels.
