What do they give?
In the summer, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation amended the terms of the soft loan program for the purchase of Russian-made cars. The state does not subsidize 10%, as in the past, but 20% of the value of the car. Residents of the Federal District in the Far East will be reimbursed 25% of the costs. On the way, they increased the maximum cost of the car, at which a discount is possible: from 1.5 to 2 million rubles.
The purchased car must have a certain localization level. Today, only domestic meet all the conditions: four Lada models – Grant, Vesta, XRAY and the classic Niva 4×4 (except the “gas” versions of CNG), all UAZ models and three variants of the GAZelle.
On a special account is the Evolute electric car, the production of which will be located in Lipetsk. For him, the subsidy will be as much as 35% – but not more than 925 thousand rubles.
Who do they give to
They don’t discount everyone. mainly, the car should definitely be bought on credit: the rate is not less than 1.1%, the deposit is from 20%, the loan term is up to 7 years. Most banks offer a loan for 3-5 years.
And the buyer must fall into one of the following categories.
- “First car”: for those buying a car for the first time in their lives (when the buyer didn’t already own a car).
- “Family Car”: if there is a minor child in the family and there are no other loans for the purchase of vehicles from 2018.
- “Trade in”: when buying a car with handing in the old one at trade-in; the age of the old one is not less than 6 years, the period of ownership is not less than one year.
- “Health worker”, “Education worker”: in the presence of employment in a state medical organization, in a state or municipal educational organization.
How do you get a
The process begins with an application for a loan from a bank that participates in the state program, or directly from the dealer. In particular, a form for sending to dealers is available on the main website of VAZ lada.ru. Then everything goes almost automatically according to some standard template. Depending on the category you fall into, you must collect and provide a certain set of documents.
The state program was supported by five banks at the end of August: VTB, Sovcombank, RNKB, Otkritie and Setelem.
Different banks have different loan rates and requirements for the borrower (work experience, average monthly income, etc.). In addition, VTB and RNKB require mandatory hull insurance, while others are optional.
Benefit
In the end, buying a car will not be cheaper than buying a car without a loan. But the loan payments will be much less. The amount of savings in rubles depends on the cost of a particular car and the interest rate.
For example, you can calculate: advantage when buying subsidies for 800 thousand rubles under a loan of 15%. With an initial payment of 200 thousand, the total overpayment will be about 250 thousand rubles. A 20% grant reduces the loan by 160,000 rubles (a fifth of 800,000). Accordingly, the monthly amount is reduced. Savings – about 70 thousand rubles.
Scarce, but 70 thousand on the road are not around. And for some reason, nowadays it has become extremely difficult to buy a car without taking out a loan. And not every buyer has the necessary amount on hand. So there is a reason to use the proposed scheme – if there is no other option to buy, except on credit.
SUBSIDIES FOR HBO
In August, the government increased subsidies for conversion of transport to methane – the state pays up to 48% of the total cost of the work (was up to 24%). For an ordinary passenger car, the saving can be 40-45 thousand rubles, for a large SUV – 70-75 thousand.
Unfortunately, this state program only works in 26 regions.
