The photo of the SUV cut transversely, or rather the cut off rear part, was taken on the territory of FSUE NAMI.
The location of the front of the Aurus Komendant is unknown. Public “Russian cars” only posted this photo.
That this body in the photo is not assembled, but disassembled, is indicated by protruding wires, which would otherwise have been pulled after the body was welded. Also, the seats, door handles, speakers were disassembled from the car, the floor was cut out.
There are three theories about what is happening in the photo.
- According to the former, this is the back of the crash-tested one, which was undamaged and will be welded to the new front.
- The second theory concerns the armored versions of the Aurus Komendant, and the rear is needed to fit the armored elements.
- The third theory is that we have a future limousine based on Aurus Komendant: a center section extending the body will soon be welded at the rear, then at the front, and then they will form a common floor.
