In Moscow, there was a strange episode on one of the amateur karting tracks last week. An employee of the kart club stole one of the race cars – and immediately took it home. The theft took place at night, the next day the police received a statement. The suspects of the officers immediately fell on the 32-year-old visitor at work on the go-kart track.
A few days later, PPS agents apprehended a suspect while patrolling. He said he committed the theft in order to sell the tickets later. Using sports equipment as a vehicle, the attacker headed home through the nighttime streets.
He chose the bushes at the entrance to store the stolen equipment. The property has since been seized and returned to the owner, according to the website of the Ministry of the Interior Media. And a criminal case was initiated against the man under Part 1 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and a preventive measure was chosen in the form of a written pledge not to leave and decent behavior.
