Question from the forum “Behind the wheel” – we periodically answer them:
— How realistic is the production of hydrogen vehicles in the Russian Federation without imported parts? It is not about the price, but about the fundamental possibility of such production.
– Really. But it is very difficult. Even more difficult than with electric vehicles.
Nowhere in the world does serial production of components for hydrogen machines take place. With the exception of Japan, where they make the Toyota Mirai model, but also in scarce editions.
This does not mean that such technologies should not be addressed. In China there are already some developments in the field of hydrogen machines – and it is important for us at least in this direction not to keep up.
