According to preliminary data, 13.3 billion rubles would be allocated for subsidizing car loans, represented by the First Car and Family Car programs, and another 5.1 billion rubles for lease programs. In comparison, this year, state support for vehicle demand only started in the middle of the summer, and preferential car loans (10.2 billion rubles) and preferential leasing (4.9 billion rubles) were prescribed in the budget.
In reality, it may not be an increase in the volume of state aid, but a reduction in it. According to Kommersant, due to the departure of foreign brands from Russia and the closure of their Russian factories, receipts from them as part of the scrap collection have stopped. And the stimulation of consumer demand in the automotive sector was subsidized by the state just at the expense of this scrap fee.
There is a garbage collection from imports of cars, which has grown this year, but the industry is not ready to give it away yet, the source writes.
As a result, instead of the expected 13.3 billion rubles, preferential car loans will be subsidized in the amount of less than 10 billion rubles.
In the best years, this item of state budget expenditure amounted to about 15 billion rubles. The publication notes: Now there is no confirmation of the amounts pledged next year for the main car loan program, not to mention the funds for import replacement of components.
