AVTOVAZ continues to update the Lada Granta family, whose production restarted last summer on the assembly line in Tolyatti. This time the changes have affected the body colors – judging by the latest reports it will be wider. In particular, “Atypical AVTOVAZ” reports that the dark gray metallic “Damask steel” with the factory code 619, originally developed for the updated Vesta NG, will go to the younger model in October this year.
At the same time, a few more shades will be added to the Grant’s body color options, which previously relied only on the current (unupdated) Vesta, according to the source:
- “diving” (476), bright blue metallic,
- “maestro” (653), black metallic,
- “platinum” (691), silver metallic,
- “glacial” (221), white acrylic.
Grants already has one color in the range, which was originally used to paint the Vesta family – this is metallic red “carnelian”, it has previously moved to the Grants range.
Lada Granta now has eight enamels: metallic red “carnelian” (195), bright blue “blue planet” (418), silver “riesling” (610), silver gray “techno” (618), silver- Charcoal Borneo Gray (633) , Golden Coriander Brown (790), White Cloud Acrylics (240) and Black Panther Acrylics (672). It is likely that some colors in this range will soon be replaced by new ones, while others will remain at the same level.
- The borrowing of colors from Lada Vesta may be due to the fact that production of the flagship model is now being transferred from Izhevsk to Togliatti, the first Vesta of the Togliatti assembly should appear in March 2023.
