Sedans, liftbacks and cross versions of the Lada Granta family have gone up in price in some trim levels. According to the Price of Auto website, the price for sedans and liftbacks in the air-conditioned Classic’22 configuration increased by 8,000 rubles, and in the Club’22 configuration by 16,000 rubles. According to the source, the Granta Drive Active sedan in the Comfort’22 version, as well as the “raised” station wagons Granta Cross in the trim levels Comfort’22, Comfort’22 Light and Quest’22 have become more expensive by the same amount, according to the source.
At the same time, ordinary station wagons retained their previous prices – as well as the simplest sedan equipment – Classic’22. Thus, AVTOVAZ kept the minimum RRP for the model at the same level – 678,300 rubles.
Officially, the AVTOVAZ press service does not make any statements about price adjustments. In addition to traditional reasons, the price increase can be explained by the appearance of features that the manufacturer is gradually returning to post-sanction configurations.
So, according to the TLTCARS Telegram channel, the simplified ERA-GLONASS system (only manually activated, with a button) in the case of the Classic Optima’22 configuration gave an increase of 2,000 rubles to the RRP. If you add an airbag, you will have to pay another 8,000 rubles. And in Comfort Light’22, Comfort’22, Club’22 trim levels, the price increase reflects the passenger airbag surcharge.
- Of the pre-crisis features, Grants now doesn’t have ABS and seatbelt pretensioners. It is promised that ABS will be back on the assembly line in 2023.
