Enterprises of Belarus and Russia should expand cooperation ties, Belarus Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik said on the airwaves of the Belarusian TV channel on Sunday.
“It’s enough for everyone to invent some kind of component, it’s better to work together, create certain nodes in Belarus and separate nodes, for example at KAMAZ in the Russian Federation, and out accordingly exchange,” TASS said in the words of the Deputy Prime Minister.
Not only did good relations develop with KAMAZ, the same happened with the St. Petersburg Tractor Plant. Rostselmash will use 50 sets of Belarusian Gomselmash parts.
Petr Parkhomchik said that with the Russian side the topic of cooperation in passenger car production is discussed. There are powers that Russia can share with Belarus. Minsk is now focusing on the development of electric transport.
These issues will be resolved in the near future. Western countries have not only imposed sanctions on the Russian Federation, but are also extending them against Belarus. This gives impetus to the integration of Moscow and Minsk and the creation of common products in terms of import substitution.
