The temperature in Moscow breaks all records, the Moscow Ministry of Transport noted in the Telegram channel, calling out the ground rules so that it does not hit you and your car.
Vehicle owners should check the cooling system in the workshop and keep the cooling system radiator clean. In addition, it is necessary to monitor the temperature on the instrument panel, the level of antifreeze and have a small stock of it in the trunk.
They also urged not to leave smartphones and DVRs, glass bottles and aerosol cans in the car.
Among other tips:
- Do not rush to turn on the air conditioner to the maximum – there is a risk of microcracks in the windshield.
- Open windows and doors before driving to let hot air escape – add air conditioning after a few minutes.
- It is sufficient if the car is 6-7 degrees cooler than outside.
When it’s too hot outside, we feel lethargic and irritable, and this is especially dangerous for drivers. Therefore, Deptrans experts recommend observing the following rules: drink enough water, dehydration creates a feeling of “mist” in the head, increases the level of anxiety and depression.
You have to pay attention to your feelings. The heat exacerbates emotions, we react more fiercely to situations. Sometimes we get unlucky with loved ones, we get annoyed along the way. Try to identify such moments, stop and put yourself in emotional order.
And everyone is advised to take more rest. Sleep, walks in the woods, breathing exercises and meditation aid emotional recovery and improve brain function.
