Dmitry Pronin, general manager of the plant, wrote in his Telegram channel that Moskvich will develop its own car platform.
“We are getting ready to start creating our own electric vehicle platform under the Moskvich brand,” reads one of the points.
The other two points refer to the confirmation of the SKD assembly of 600 vehicles by the end of 2022 (of which 200 are electric vehicles) and that the entire professional staff of the factory has been retained and continues to work by the company’s management.
Dmitry Pronin also promised to share the results of further work.

Who is the main SKD partner? If it is necessary to assemble 600 cars by the end of the year, then a contract has to be signed already – otherwise there is no time.
Who will develop the platform if the Moskvich plant has no competences in this area?
You can not do without Chinese car manufacturers, but now everything goes without loud statements. Less noise, fewer problems.
