A patent for the deflector of the climate system, which should be mounted in the instrument panel of the new Lada, appeared in the database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property. The part has an original design and the company applied for a patent in January 2022.
Some modern AvtoVAZ models use round deflectors, but it is unlikely that they can be replaced with newly patented ones, because the new part has the shape of a square with rounded edges.
It is believed that this is a deflector for a new model or for a new generation of an existing model. The nearest novelty, before departure Renault from Russia, expected in 2024 – Niva.
The new Niva had to be built on that basis Renault and equipped with units of the French concern. A similar model was prepared by the company daciaalso part of the group.
It is likely that other patents for the details of the new Lada will appear soon, filed before they leave Renault From Russia.
