Lada dealers received a limited batch of the Lada Vesta NG (New Generation) family. In addition, retailers were instructed to repair all defects in the novelty in a special order, Lada.Online writes.
An information letter has been sent to the dealers, stating that a procedure for a special information-gathering regime will be launched simultaneously with the sale of Lada Vesta NG cars. Claims identified during pre-sale or submitted by consumers must be collected by dealers and sent to the factory with a special message. Such requirements have occurred before, the newspaper writes, for example when defects were found in the configurations of a new variator.
Even earlier, every Lada Vesta owner was assigned a personal manager and could be contacted with claims related to the quality of the car.
Most likely, new features of the car that have not been used before are of concern. Already in the base, Lada Vesta NG is equipped with LED optics, keyless entry and engine start with a button.
