China filed a lawsuit against the EU at the World Trade Organization (WTO) over tariffs on electric cars. This was stated by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. RIA Novosti.

“China does not agree with or accept this decision and has made a request under the WTO dispute settlement mechanism,” the ministry said.

According to the organization’s rules, if consultations fail to resolve the dispute within 60 days, China can request that the matter be referred to a special judicial panel. This will be a response to taxes on electric cars.
