On the way to his home, the police noticed a UAZ “bread” that had flown into a ditch.
Inside the law enforcement officers, they found a confused 17-year-old young man, and when the owner of the SUV they called arrived at the scene, it was found that he had given the teen a car to drive. The situation was made worse by the fact that the man found a bottle of beer in the cabin, which he had drunk before the trip.
As a result, he lost control of the car, flew off the road, damaged the car and a power pylon. Then he called the owner of the car, and fearing responsibility, he made a false statement about the theft. Protocols have been drawn up against the teenager under Part 2 of Article 12.26, Part 1 of Article 12.7, Part 2 of Article 12.37 and Article 20.21 of the Code of Administrative Violations of the Russian Federation. The mother was also brought to court under part 1 of Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
The owner received a protocol under Part 3 of Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for transferring control of a vehicle to a person who clearly does not have the right to drive, as well as a criminal case under of a crime under Part 1 of Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Deliberately false reporting”.
