Ecolines passenger bus overturned on the Kaliningrad road in Lithuania, injuring 26 people. This was reported by the Latvian publication Delphi.

“Traffic has become difficult on this section of the road due to the accident. The circumstances of the incident are being clarified,” he reported.

The accident took place in the Shakiai district of Lithuania, which borders the Kaliningrad region of the Russian Federation. There were 47 people, including children, on board the damaged bus.

It was reported that there were 19 Latvian citizens on the bus, and only 1 person was injured. It was not stated which countries the remaining 28 people were from and whether there were Russians among them.
