According to the Autoevolution.com portal, a resident of the United States has collected a collection of unique dimensions. By some estimates, his collection is considered the largest in the world. The author exhibited a few copies in a private museum.
The special feature of the collection is that all cars are in perfect condition. Most of them were hardly used for their intended purpose. The lowest mileage is in the 1978 Chevrolet Corvette, only 8 kilometers. The owners note that no one has stepped into this car in the entire history of its stay with the collector.
The oldest example dates from the early 20th century. the Ford Fashion model T 1910 release. There are quite common models among the exhibits. But there are also unique exhibitions. For example, clever thing Challenger R/T 1971, in the original and hard-to-find bright yellow. Or a rare 1935 dark brown convertible and a 1955 Studebaker Commander with a steep louvered hood.
The decision to sell the cars was made by the next of kin of the collector after his death. The auction will take place in September. Each car is sold separately.
