Residents of apartment buildings near roads and carriageways, especially in summer, suffer from an aggressive roar, excessive noise coming from expensive “pumped up” cars and motorcycles, State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev told RIA Novosti.
“Modified exhaust pipes of transport, the restless desire to “give the throttle” causes social discomfort for residents of city centers, but also of quiet sleeping areas,” emphasized the politician.
As a preventive measure, he proposes giving traffic police the right to temporarily impound a vehicle after another “noisy slip” and send it to the nearest specialized guarded parking lot, followed by investigations of all standards.
Or to impose a large fine of up to one million rubles with the temporary seizure of the vehicle until the trial and preventive talks with the owner.
In the near future, the deputy will submit an application to the Ministry of the Interior and the government, so that his initiative is supported and there is therefore less roughness on the road.
