According to Baza, on March 23, a Chechen citizen working as a taxi driver appealed to the police. According to him, at around 19:30 on March 7, he passed by Çiğdem and received an order towards the village of Putilkovo. A young man in a brown leather jacket got into the car. The taxi driver took him to the specified address.
Later, after the terrorist attack, the taxi driver realized that he was the passenger of one of the attackers. Baza noted that we are probably talking about 25-year-old Fariduni Shamsutdin.
