The investigation revealed that Yuri Teslenko was the instigator of the arson and gave 500 thousand rubles to Ruslan Karasev to carry it out. Karasev lured Avdeev for 400 thousand rubles and the direct performer Kravchenko, who received 300 thousand rubles.
