The number of calls to service stations (STOs) from new vehicle owners decreased by 9% in 2023. In this respect report Izvestia refers to Tatyana Ovchinnikova, director of the Fit Service network. At the same time, the number of requests from owners of old cars has also increased.
“The most significant increase was seen in the arrival of cars that are 15 years old and older. Orders in this group increased by 21%. In second place is the car category for 10-14 year olds,” said Ovchinnikova.
The expert noted that owners of such cars, as a rule, contact the car service not for standard maintenance, but for complex repairs.

For example, each visit to an Audi, Volkswagen, BMW or Opel car service center will cost an average of 9.3 thousand rubles.
Among the most economical in terms of repair and maintenance are Japanese, Russian and Korean cars. By choosing Toyota, Lada, Kia or Hyundai, the owner will receive the lowest repair bills. On average, visiting a service station will cost 7.5 thousand rubles.
