From my point of view, this is, first and foremost, a decision regarding our judicial system. Let’s be objective. The minimum sentence for a murderer is six years, do you understand? Three men captured on video from external security cameras in Moscow, certainly not from our cameras where everything can be seen. The court did not take these cameras into account – they show the men being beaten by some unknown person who later turned out to be employees.
They came running from the neighboring building across the road, there was no special operation, this has already been clarified. We have seen the same car in the same place with other license plates many times. There was a special operation, they take it to Tanuki every day and keep the sushi. It was the same time.
Only someone has no conscience, and someone has no concept of officer’s honor.
How can I evaluate this? Since it’s been six years, I rate it very poorly. These are young men who can be useful, who have always been useful to society, and whom the president has specifically blessed for this job. (A meeting between StopKham activists and Vladimir Putin took place at the Seliger forum in 2013. – socialbites.ca). He said: “You guys are amazing.”
They do what they do and that’s why they are imprisoned because they are faced with people who believe they can do anything because they are part of the ruling bloc. How can I evaluate this? I consider this as a negative. I will do everything possible within the law.
Although I understand that my efforts to act lawfully in this case led to my friends and colleagues remaining behind bars for six years. I honestly tried, and we all tried to convey this together with the lawyers – here are our arguments, listen. Six years instead. We will do everything possible, we will take all possible actions, we will appeal. All steps to prove that the court made a mistaken decision.
If necessary, I will walk to him with photographs of the president personally complimenting us for this activity. If necessary, I will stand next to a single picket long enough to be heard.
This again is not entirely up to me, because here the work of lawyers largely determines the fate of children, their parents and spouses. Some people there have wives, some don’t. The men were 20 years old, deprived of six years of their lives, six years.
About the attitude towards security forces
I am immortal [к ним] For me personally, I think this is a huge, very negative lesson. Believe me, the men imprisoned today were tremendous patriots of their country. I think they’re staying. Only now I have a slider of people in uniform belonging to the power unit in my head.
We are dividing our country into two big parts. Because it is not possible to be a patriot of your own country and give children a sentence that would result in six years in prison.
you have to be blind [нехорошим человеком]He is blind or immoral enough to do this. I can’t call it any other way, there are no words to do it in a cultural way. Forgive me, but emotions are overwhelming. There are no words to explain, to fit into my head – like an officer with shoulder straps, called to defend his country, confronting the men… Yes, he was wrong. He went too far and tried to cover his tracks.
They broke the cameras of neighboring buildings. If you’re innocent, why are you breaking the Tanuki cameras? (A fight broke out near this cafe. – socialbites.ca). Everything is on security cameras. And then confess your crime. NO. Nobody needs this.
Now is not the time for activists. Now it’s the security forces’ turn, they can do anything.
Of course, now I have an absolutely negative attitude – not towards all security forces, but especially towards those who think only about themselves, their ass, when wearing shoulder straps. I have questions for those who masquerade as judges and did not see the two letters, they are just looking beyond the facts. I cannot have a positive attitude towards them. God is their judge. I wrote it so that they should only be followed in life by what they bring to this world, and that they should only act fairly towards people in their lives.
I don’t want to harm anyone. Nobody. I wish everyone the justice they use to measure those around them.
If this is the norm of justice for these civil servants, for these law officers, for these security forces, let the same justice follow them throughout their lives. I don’t want any harm to come to them, but I wish justice with all my might.
