On June 20, 2022, amendments to the law “On Enforcement Procedures”, the Civil Code and a number of other documents related to the work of the Federal Bailiff (FSSP) came into effect.

Now cases against debtors will be opened without the participation of a person (bailiff) in automatic mode. The good news is that the restrictions on the citizen who has paid off the debts are also automatically lifted – immediately and without distracting the former debtor from his business.

That is, 60 days after the motorist has been fined, the traffic police and FSSP information systems automatically check whether it has been paid by submitting a request to the Government Information System for State and Municipal Payments (GIS-GMP). If no payment has been made, enforcement proceedings will be opened within three days. The debtor’s telephone number is then requested from telephone operators, through whom the “robot collector” contacts him.

Also, the system will find and arrest all accounts of the non-payer of fines. The necessary amounts of money are automatically debited from them, after which the block is lifted, as well as all restrictions imposed on the former debtor.
