The tariff for the state system for collecting payment from trucks weighing over 12 tons for travel on Plato’s federal highways will be increased by 30 kopecks from February 1, 2024, from the current 2.54 rubles/km to 2.84 rubles/km. This was reported by press service Russian Ministry of Transport.
Thus, indexation will be 7.42%.

They noted that the impact of indexation on the final price of transported goods will have little impact, but will contribute to increasing financing for the reconstruction of federal highways.
The Ministry reminded that the annual increase in the price of travel in Plato was carried out in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Russian Federation since 2013, based on actual inflation in the previous 12 months. Last year, the Plato tariff was valid as of February 1 augmented 30 kopecks per kilometer.
