“Tests on real equipment showed that when the ultra-hard ceramic coating was applied, the heat resistance of the internal combustion engine valve part was maintained up to 1 thousand degrees Celsius, and the resistance to oxidative and corrosive wear increased by 480%. and the service life of the parts increases by 10 times. “Using the new technology, the service life of the hydraulic motor shaft increased by 30%, the durability of the punches used in the manufacture of polymer pipelines increased by 100 times, and the efficiency of the process increased by almost half,” he said.
It was noted that scientists from Udmurt State University, institutes of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Udmurt State Agricultural University and Ural Federal University are working on the creation of technology.
