There is a known history of the oil pressure sensor “malicious beeping” when heating the collector on older generation ZMZ engine, such as on my 2007 Patriot. Replacing it with a new serviceable sensor didn’t solve the problem: even on a slight engine warming in the spring the sensor started beeping again.
I decided to protect the sensor from heating: I “wrapped” it in an asbestos cushion and covered it from above with a tin screen. He fixed the entire structure with heat-resistant electrical tape.
Proezdil more than two years – sensor beeping heard only with sharp fluctuations in oil pressure.
