Ford
The M10 Wolverine tank, which means “Wolverine” in Russian, was a self-propelled gun with a rotating turret. The car had good dynamics.

The disadvantage of the design was the high body, which adversely affected the camouflage properties. Another drawback of the Wolverine was its slow-spinning turret, which took two full minutes to make a full turn.
With the arrival of the improved M18 model, Ford factories stopped producing the M10 Wolverine. “Wolverines” were used in Normandy, the Ardennes operation and in other areas of hostilities.
Skoda Works
For seven years, Czech industry supplied the Wehrmacht with artillery, personnel vehicles and tanks. It was in the Czech Republic that the famous armored vehicle Jagdpanzer 38 “Hetzer” was created.

In translation, “Hetzer” means “hunter”. The car was 2 meters high and 5 meters long. The weight of the Jaeger was not very large, only 15 tons.
Armored vehicle production continued after the war. “Huntsman” was used in the Swiss army for a long time.
Renault
From the model of the French Renault FT17 tank, the first Soviet tank was even copied under the name “Freedom Fighter Comrade Lenin”.

The French did not attach much importance to the dynamics of the tank. The speed was almost the same as the speed of the infantry movement, for which the tank was designed. The armored vehicle also had insufficient firepower. Slowness and good frontal armor were the advantage of the tank and made it invulnerable to enemy artillery.
The production of armored vehicles in France took place between the two world wars. We must pay tribute to the French – in this regard they have achieved good results. It is not without reason that a combat vehicle was depicted on the Renault emblem for some time.
