Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovyov said that the most popular penalties for drivers in the summer are speeding and entering the forest. Agency reports “Hitting the Primer”.
Solovyov noted that changing weather conditions, ice, snow and reagent-free road surfaces can encourage drivers to drive more energetically at high speed.
The lawyer stressed that driving into the forest, river, lake or sea is another common violation during the summer months. For crossing the border of a natural heritage monument, violators can be fined from 3 to 4 thousand rubles.
Solovyov also warned drivers not to violate the rules for transporting children.
Another popular violation was a car wash in an unspecified location. Such actions can lead to a driver fine of 4-5 thousand rubles.
In addition, it was noted that regional authorities raided during the summer months and parking tickets were imposed even on grass-covered areas near private houses. The fine can be from 3 to 5 thousand rubles.
Former MPs from the Liberal Democratic Party suggested imposing fines on traffic cops for illegal fines on drivers.
