Official sales of Hongqi HQ9 seven-seater minivans have started in Russia; cars are offered for sale in dealerships at prices starting from 7.9 million rubles. This was reported in a Hongqi bulletin obtained by socialbites.ca.
The total length of the car is 5222 mm and the wheelbase is 3200 mm. The design of the passenger seats is reminiscent of the seats in the business class cabin of airplanes. It is equipped with 16-way electric adjustment, four lumbar support settings and a massage function with five operating modes and three intensity levels.
Under the hood of the minivan is a two-liter turbo engine producing 245 hp. Options include tri-zone climate control, 12-speaker audio system with subwoofer, valet parking, adaptive cruise control, and 360-degree cameras.
In Russia, the car is offered in three trim levels, prices ranging from 7.9 million rubles to 9 million rubles. Hongqi HQ9 comes with a 2-year or 100,000 km warranty.
