On the morning of November 11, a queue of 2,500 vehicles formed at the Ukraine-Poland border. This was reported by the representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Andrey Demchenko, whose words were quoted by the Ukrainian publication UNN.
“According to Polish colleagues, as of this morning, approximately 2,500 vehicles are waiting to cross the border. This is true in all three directions (checkpoints Yagodin, Krakovets and Rava-Russkaya – editor’s note), Demchenko said.
According to him, in fact half of the cars were parked in the direction of the Yagodin checkpoint.
According to information from the Ministry of Communities, Regions and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, a meeting at the border with representatives of Polish authorities and carriers is planned for November 13 to unblock the checkpoints.
