An RAF minibus with exterior design elements from the Volga GAZ-3102 and leather seats in the cabin went on sale in Uzbekistan. In this respect reports Telegram channel “Retrobus: direct injection”.
The RAF-2203 tuned minibus, produced in 1992, was offered for sale in Tashkent for 4.5 thousand dollars (416 thousand rubles). The author of the ad stated that the car with a mileage of 80 thousand km is in excellent condition.
The photo shows the replacement of the standard exterior design of the RAF with parts from the GAZ-3102. Originally intended for Soviet officials, the minibus from the Volga was equipped with headlights, bumpers, radiator grille and taillights, as well as part of the body panel. The Bentley logo is located on the trunk lid.
The layout of the seats has also changed: in the adjusted RAF, the seats are located not behind each other, but along the walls.
Volga GAZ-3102 was produced at the Gorky Automobile Plant from 1981 to 2008. At the first stage, cars of this model were delivered only to the Special Purpose Garage serving the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU.
