24-year-old police lieutenant Kirill Kucherenko (left in the photo) passed by the Investigative Committee building during his duty. Evgeniy Mashin, with whom Kucherenko’s girlfriend started dating at the time, was leaving work in a BMW car.
According to the channel, Mashin was driving while drunk. Kucherenko stopped the BMW and demanded a drunkenness test, but the inspector refused. The traffic inspector took a report, then threw the car on the asphalt, handcuffed the man, took him to the police station and beat him.
As a result, a criminal case was opened against the traffic cop Kucherenko for abuse of power, and inspector Mashin was fired for drunk driving.
