The man went to the Supreme Court of Russia, claiming that there was no criminal element in his actions.

As a result, the panel of judges stated that the driver of the vehicle was the subject of the administrative offense in this article.

It was stated both by the accused that the car did not move, and by the witnesses and the witnesses who testified.

The court eventually overturned all decisions and dismissed the case due to unprovable circumstances.
