KAMAZ declassified the compact city bus Vega. It is designed to carry 65 passengers. This was reported by the socialbites.ca correspondent from the Comtrans 2023 exhibition.
There are 19 fixed and 2 foldable passenger seats in the cabin. The length of the bus is 8500 mm. Curb weight – 4.9-5.5 tons. It is powered by an in-line four-cylinder turbo diesel engine with a displacement of 3.8 liters and an output of 154 hp. The volume of the fuel tank is 140 l. Transmission – mechanical, six-speed. The maximum speed of the bus does not exceed 110 km/h. Overclocking parameters are not reported.
The bus is equipped with air conditioning, electrically adjustable and heated rear-view mirrors, air-suspended driver’s seat, ABS system and two saloon doors. Optionally, video surveillance system, tachograph, double glass, electronic route indicator are offered.
