Answering a question about the timing of the start-up of the former Mercedes-Benz plant in Russia, he said, “I hope that my colleagues will complete their agreements with the selected industrial partners and start production next year.”

Manturov emphasized that passenger cars will come off the assembly line of the enterprise precisely because the equipment is adapted for the production of such cars.
