According to him, since December 2021 Nikita Kurylev began to receive fines for traffic violations from other regions, in some of which he had never been. Fines were then paid. In April 2023, a man received a call from a district inspector from Stavropol saying that he had been denied his license for driving while intoxicated. The police asked Kurylev to come to them and sent a driver’s license photo showing another person along with his data.
After that, the driver wrote a statement to the police, stating that the violator used a fake driver’s license with his data, but received a fine of another 30 thousand rubles from Novosibirsk. In this incident, the driver was also caught while driving while intoxicated.
With the help of a hired lawyer, Kurumev applied to the prosecutor’s office, the court and the police. The court session on the deprivation of rights in Novosibirsk was adjourned until October.
