Russian automaker AvtoVAZ may transfer the production of Lada Vesta cars from a two-shift operation to a single-shift operation at a plant in Togliatti. In this respect informs Public Avtograd News on the social network “Vkontakte”.
“We have received information that the Vesta assembly line will work in one shift, the other shift will be deployed to strengthen the assembly of Granta and Niva. Here it is planned to increase the speed of the conveyor flow and, as a result, to produce more mounted cars. This event should most likely happen in August,” the message says.
