On the morning of June 24, traffic inspectors stopped a Mazda car on Zelenaya Street and learned that the man was driving without a license. The cops prepared a protocol in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and sent Mazda to confiscate a car. At night, the northerner climbed over the fence of the parking lot and stole his car.

Shortly after, the police detained the violator and took him to the department, and the car was returned to the place where it was confiscated. Law enforcement officials prepared a protocol in accordance with Part 3 of Art. 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (drunk driving without a license), the driver faces arrest for 10 to 15 days or a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

Previously, domestic passenger cars twice near Tyumen rolled upwhile the driver is trying to escape from the traffic police.
